This isn't really live until we can submit to Yelp and Custom properties
Dean, thank you for adding this functionality. I have some feedback. When someone chooses a lower star ranking it does give the feedback form, but it still offers the option to review us on Google/Facebook at the bottom. Will you provide a way for us to just offer the feedback form for X stars or less and remove the Review us buttons below the form?
Unfortunately, the buttons will have to stay on the feedback form — Google are cracking down on so-called "review gating" and Endorsal needs to stay on the right side of things.
But I am waiting for a few more features to go live in Endorsal and then can make the move. I'm not a fan of Grade.Us, they bought out Reputation Loop which we liked much more.
Just need steps to filter correctly:
1- take to page asking for rating 1 to 5 stars
2- those giving 4 & / or 5 stars as we choose get asked to put review in platform they choose eg Google, Facebook, Yelp or yellow etc...
If less than 4 star rating send to feedback form asking for what went wrong so biz can address issue and avoid negative reviews online
3- Endorsal pulls in 5 star reviews for biz from various directories with count of all 5 star reviews found on sites like google, Facebook etc linked to the biz. Ability to display on website and choose order ie newest reviews and which reviews are displayed in case spammy 5 star review found.
Must still give an option to post to the review site such as Google to be compliant, although this (bad review) link may just send them to the business GMB page!
I just purchased Endorsal and I misunderstood. I THOUGHT it would already do this. I love the "wall of love" and easy collection of client testimonials, but I can't go back and ask them to ALSO go review me on Google... which drives my SEO and gets WAY more viewing than the WOL. I need Endorsal to give my clients the ability to send their reviews to Facebook and Google... Like, yesterday :/
From my experience, the benefit of having the customer submit their review via Endorsal first (or any similar service) is that 1-3 star reviews can be submitted and thus the customer feels "heard", but that they don't show up on GMB, Yelp, FB, etc. And when the customer leaves a 4 or 5 star review, you can then ask them if they would like to post the review to GMB, Yelp, etc. IMO, this is the superior way of handling customer reviews / feedback.
Absolute necessity. We've tested various review systems and the highest results always come when the review is linked directly to Google or Facebook. When you try to encourage a review though another type of link the response rates are far lower even when you have a great relationship with your customers. It is a must that the social platform review comes first and the link takes the reviewer directly to the social platform. Otherwise it kills conversions.
agreed the funnel for reviews should be configurable to get the best results. In some situations customers might not want to announce to the world on social media but then if they can still leave a website review - possibly a two step form collect their details and review, click and they can choose where to publish too by using a multicheck box
We have exactly the opposite results. We get a review WITHOUT requiring a login, then ask them to share that review on Google and Facebook and make it easy to cut and paste the review and click a direct link to Google/Facebook/other.

There is NOT an option to add a customized social platform when you ask for a direct review on that platform

Hi there!
Unfortunately, the buttons will have to stay on the feedback form — Google are cracking down on so-called "review gating" and Endorsal needs to stay on the right side of things.
Take a look at this video I made for more of an explanation: youtu.be/E3SickAgUsw?t=212
I hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Dean
Dean, I put in a "conversation" ticket on some feedback/request considerations on this one. Thank you so much for the consideration!

A very large competitor, Grade.US (their main functionality is this feature) is raising their prices in March by 200%
You should make this live and market to their angry customers
Im a Grade.Us user, they didn't raise my price...
But I am waiting for a few more features to go live in Endorsal and then can make the move. I'm not a fan of Grade.Us, they bought out Reputation Loop which we liked much more.

This case will put Endorsal in danger in a long term. They can be easily banned from the companies you listed.
This!^

Is this actively being worked on? I would love to see this feature!

Any updates on this?
This should still be a funnel, i.e. "Would you recommend X?" [Thumbs up] [Thumbs down]
Then depending on which button is clicked, ask either for a review or ask them to fill out a feedback form.
You can see an example of such a funnel in the Youtube video titled "Starfish Reviews Impressions & Tutorial", starting at the time 3:40

This could be nice. Some competitors have the ability to set a review funnel which is great to address reviews where owner wants
We should be able to set the rules for which reviews to be submitted to social platforms
