We need to be totally transparent with prospects about our testimonials. Endorsal makes it easy to collect testimonials from a range of platforms which is great. However, we need to be able to make testimonials we collect via endoforms that we have sent to customers stand out by giving them a verified badge. These testimonials are verified by us. I guess some may say that some businesses will verify all testimonials?? It's a sad world we live in if companies do that and if they do they will very quickly be found out. They are our customers, we should be able to highlight they are a verified customer. Some sort of badge would do the trick (like twitter verification).
